Cancellation policy  MN-Holiday

1. Cancellation Policy


Reservations at MN-Holiday are subject to the following cancellation conditions:


  • Free cancellation: You can cancel your reservation without penalty up to 7 days before the check-in date.
  • Late cancellation: For cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before check-in, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 3 days of check-in or no-show: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.


2. Booking Modification


  • You can request changes to your reservation (e.g. date change) up to 7 days before check-in, subject to availability and any price changes.
  • Change requests must be sent by email to holiday@mn-investment.com

3. Refunds


  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.


4. Exceptions and Extraordinary Circumstances


In case of unforeseen emergencies (e.g. serious illness, government restrictions), please contact holiday@mn-investment.com to discuss possible exceptions to the standard policy.
